Join a Local Committee!

We’re looking for enthusiastic occasional teachers to join our local committees!  This is a great opportunity to get involved, make a difference, and help shape the direction of our local.

No previous experience is necessary — just a willingness to contribute and learn.  Committees generally meet once or twice each year in the evening.

If you’re interested, please fill out this short form by September 18.

Write for Student Rights

We are proud to partner with YouthLine to invite you to join their letter-writing campaign, Write for Student Rights, advocating for 2SLGBTQ+ youth in schools. With the rise of anti-2SLGTQ+ actions and polices, it is more important than ever to stand up for safe and inclusive learning environments.

Your voice can make a significant impact in creating positive change for all students. Together, we can ensure that every student feels safe, valued, and accepted. Visit youthline.ca/studentrights to get started.
