Members and a guest are invited to the ever popular dinner and movie night at The Grand Theatre! 

This year we will be featuring the 2006 film Akeelah and the Bee. This touching story features Akeelah, an 11-year-old girl living in South Los Angeles, who discovers that she has a talent for spelling, which she hopes will take her to the National Spelling Bee. Despite her mother’s objections, Akeelah doesn’t give up on her goal. She finds help in the form of a mysterious teacher, and along with overwhelming support from her community, Akeelah might just have what it takes to make her dream come true.

The cost to attend is $25 per person which includes a delicious chicken piccata dinner, pop, popcorn, and a candy bar!  A cash bar will also be available.

Tickets are available until Friday, January 26.

Snowshoe rental and trail passes will be provided for the day. Please email Sue (ac.lt1713282205oa@pv1713282205) directly if you require a trail pass and/or snowshoes (include your shoe size). If you have your own trail pass and/or snowshoes, please feel free to use them. 

The cost is $10. Please register by Monday February 13 at 5:00 p.m.
