ETFO continues to advise members not to participate in the voluntary EQAO teacher questionnaire. EQAO has indicated it is leveraging information from teacher questionnaires to investigate decreasing scores.

This risks the transferring of accountability to teachers and away from the government for its systemic underfunding of public education.
