Intent to Remain Form must be completed by May 31 in order to stay on the elementary Occasional Teacher Roster for the 2025-26 school year.  Please attend to this responsibility even if you are currently on a leave, or are planning to request a leave next year.

To complete the form:
Log into your Employee Portal.
Click “Forms Online > Forms” in the left hand margin.
Click on “Intent to Remain – Elementary” to open and complete the form.
Press the green button to submit.
