Bill 115 Remedy

ETFO members may be eligible for financial compensation if they were an ETFO member during either or both the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years. Each member’s entitlement is based on the amount of time worked on a full-time equivalent (FTE) basis between September 1, 2012, and August 31, 2014. Entitlements for members who worked part-time are prorated based on FTE.

If you believe you are eligible, but do not receive correspondence from ETFO prior to August 31, 2022, please complete ETFO’s online Bill 115 Notice of Objection Form no later than 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2022.

The Notice of Objection form is available at etfo.ca/Objection115. To ensure your objection is processed efficiently, please complete all the fields. Objections received after September 30 will not be eligible for consideration.

If you have questions about eligibility or the compensation process, please review ETFO’s Bill 115 Remedy FAQ. You may also contact ETFO’s duty officer at 1-888-838-3836.
